Every price chart has magnets, and most traders never notice them.

Think of a busy parking lot. Everyone parks near the entrance because it's obvious and easy. Traders do the same thing with orders — clustering stop losses and breakout entries just above recent highs and just below recent lows. Those obvious spots become pools of resting liquidity. Big players need volume to fill their positions, and those pools are the easiest place to find it. That's why price often pushes just past an old high or low before reversing — it's not random, it's collecting fuel.

Watch what happens right after price tags a recent high or low. Does it reverse sharply once it clears that level? That reaction tells you liquidity got taken.

Where have you seen price stab past a level and snap back?
