The SEC may introduce:
• A tailored regime for certain crypto investment contracts
• An “innovation exemption” for tokenized stocks, potentially enabling 24/7 blockchain-based stock trading

The CFTC is also advancing crypto rules regardless of whether the CLARITY Act passes.
