🚨 $VELVET — $1 TARGET SOON? I’M WATCHING THE SHORT SIDE... 🔥
CURRENT ENTRY: $0.61–$0.63
30% position only.
MAIN SHORT ENTRY: $0.65–$0.69
Preferred if price bounces and rejects.
SL: $0.72–$0.74
TP1: $0.58
TP2: $0.54
TP3: $0.48
Guys, VELVET has already dropped hard once, so this time I’m not waiting for 30M confirmation. The token is moving extremely fast and waiting too long can kill the RR.
I prefer a clean 15M rejection around the entry area before adding the main position.
👉 HOW I’LL TRADE
If price stays around $0.61–$0.63, a small starter is okay. The current entry is still not bad, but keep it controlled.
If price bounces toward $0.65–$0.69, wait for 15M rejection/lower high → then add.
Small starter → 15M confirmation → add → TP1 → protect → TP2/TP3.
If it dumps directly from current price, don't chase the red candles. The starter can participate, but preserve capital for the next setup.
💰 MANAGEMENT
At TP1, book partial profit and reduce risk.
At TP2, take another partial and protect the remaining position.
Keep only a smaller runner for TP3 if momentum stays bearish.
⚠️ The main risk is a fast bounce/liquidity grab because VELVET is extremely volatile. If price reclaims and holds above the invalidation area, I will exit instead of averaging into a losing short.
I still prefer short over long, but I'm not trying to catch every dollar.
Bro, I’m honestly very angry with myself 😭 I was writing the previous VELVET post, and right when I attached the ticker before publishing, price suddenly dumped hard and basically hit TP2.
So I had to cancel my first VELVET analysis and update everything with the latest data instead of posting outdated levels.
I checked the setup twice because VELVET is moving extremely fast and the data is changing quickly, so it took a little extra time.
Sorry for the delay — this is now the updated VELVET setup based on the latest data
