Remember when I swore a midcap green day wouldn't yank my whole morning around?
First glance today, $WLD was near $0.325 and already up about 7.4%. I told myself I'd clock it once and move on. Ten minutes later I was back on the same screen. Then again after a short walk, like the percentage might have grown a personality while I was gone. It hadn't. Same number. Same itch in my thumb.
I used to sell myself that loop as "staying informed." Looking at it now, I was just feeding the part of me that hates quiet charts. The move was already happening whether I babysat it or not. My old rule was notice once, don't hover. Broke it twice before noon.
