Why does my total portfolio value seem to DROP almost every time I open Binance—even when several of my altcoins are actually performing well? 📉🤔
For example, I might see some of my holdings up +5%, +10%, or even more 📈, yet my overall portfolio balance is still lower than the last time I checked.
What could be driving this?
🔸 Is it because the larger holdings in my portfolio are declining?
🔸 Is it related to $BTC movements?
🔸 Could stablecoin or currency conversion rates affect the displayed value?
🔸 Or is it simply portfolio weighting—where one major loss outweighs several smaller gains?
