FORMS HK, Chainlink, Apex Group, CSpro and Blockchain Valley@Cyberport launched the Tokenized Securities Framework in Hong Kong on 5 August 2026. The system standardises how tokenised securities are issued, distributed and settled under the city's existing securities rules.
