$LUNA The Singapore International Commercial Court issued a second tranche of judgments in the investor fraud case triggered by the collapse of TerraUSD (UST).
According to a report by Foresight News and a report by Bloomberg, the court ruled that the crypto company Terraform Labs and its founder, Do Kwon, were involved in fraud, and ordered compensation to 40 of the 275 plaintiffs, with the total amount awarded to the plaintiffs exceeding USD 3 million.
