If my account is not eligible for the “Write to Earn on Binance Square” task, then why is this task being shown in my Rewards Hub?

This is even more frustrating because I completed the previous task, but I still did not receive the promised reward.

Please check my account and explain: 1. Why am I shown a task I’m not eligible for?
2. Why was my previous completed task not rewarded?

I’m simply asking for clear eligibility and the reward I earned.
