Bitcoin is currently hovering near $64,500–$64,700, sitting right in a critical decision area.
I’m watching closely for a liquidity sweep around the $64,350–$64,650 zone. If price rejects from here, the path of least resistance points lower toward the $62,000 region.
My short setup:
Entry Zone: $64,000 – $64,600
Stop Loss: $65,800
Targets:
TP1: $63,450
TP2: $62,850
TP3: $62,250
The market feels stuck right now. Traders are heavily focused on Friday’s potential CLARITY Act developments in the Senate. The bill has already cleared the Senate Banking Committee, but serious doubts remain about whether it can advance before the August recess. Odds of meaningful progress this week look low, which is keeping sentiment cautious and price action compressed.
This could be one of the cleaner risk-reward shorts we’ve seen in a while — provided the liquidity sweep plays out and the rejection is clean.
What do you think? Are you waiting for the same sweep, or are you already positioned long for a break higher? Drop your levels below.
