$HEI exchange flows haven't stopped... and neither has the sell-off.
In the last 1 hour alone:
55–14 minutes ago: Multiple Gate → Binance deposits were processed, with several transfers of ~250K–470K $HEI each.
10 minutes ago: 475K HEI (~$246K) was credited to the Binance Hot Wallet.
5 minutes ago: 251K HEI (~$130K) moved from Binance Hot Wallet → Bitget Deposit.
2 minutes ago: The transfer reached the Bitget Hot Wallet.
Throughout this entire sequence, $HEI has continued to weaken.
I'm not saying these transfers caused the decline, but the market is clearly seeing continuous exchange-to-exchange liquidity movement while price remains under pressure.
When on-chain flows stay this active during a downtrend, it's worth paying attention before the next major move.
