Samsung Electronics Co. unveiled a new 3D-memory roadmap and said its most advanced memory hardware offers better performance and power efficiency, according to Bloomberg.

The company is aiming to catch rival SK Hynix Inc. and Micron Technology Inc. in the race for long-term dominance of memory chips used in AI systems.
