WAXP is +12.0% on Binance spot tonight and carries the most negative funding of all 752 Binance perp pairs: −0.718%. Shorts are paying longs to hold a short into a green day. It read −0.916% two hours ago, same source and method — not a one-tick artefact.

But the Binance chart is not where WAXP's price is being set.

Venue split of $29.58M global 24h volume, USD-converted:
Upbit KRW 54.21% | Bithumb KRW 7.68% | Binance USDT 9.84% → 61.89% of all volume prints in Korean won

Same method on 3 Aug gave 62.2%. Two readings, one method, same structure — persistent, not a fluke.

Practically: your Binance levels are a price-taker. The bid is in Seoul, and a Korean-session risk-off is a real, checkable driver of a WAXP drawdown that no Binance-only chart will warn you about.

Not a call, and here is why in one line: ATR(14d) is 5.33%, so an honest stop sits 7.99% below entry, while first real resistance is $0.00425 — 0.95% above spot. Risk-reward 0.12:1. It fails on geometry before I open the fundamentals.

And it has already faded: 24h high $0.00475, now $0.00420, 11.6% off the high. A funding squeeze unwinds violently in both directions.

Not financial advice.
