ZeroStack’s 10-Q filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission showed cash of $2.6 million as of June 30, negative working capital of $600,000, and accumulated losses of $339 million. According to Odaily, the company also reported a $82.5 million loss in the fair value of digital assets and projected a net loss of $61.3 million for the first half of 2026.

As of June 30, ZeroStack held 75.1 million Zero Gravity 0G tokens with a total cost of $163 million and a fair value of $15.2 million. The token holdings were worth about 91% less than their carrying cost.
