i keep thinking the 129GB backup sounds safe only until the clock starts… at 20 Mbps most of the response window is already gone just downloading it, then decryption, checks and proof building still have to happen.
so the backup can exist and still be too slow to save you.
for me thats the real Babylon test, not “do operators store the data?” but “can they turn it into a valid response before time runs out?”
