I’ve been thinking about this for the past week, and I finally realized I was looking at redemption the wrong way.#baby

At first, I believed getting Bitcoin back was simple. Repay the loan, then receive your BTC.@BabylonLabs_io

But after watching several redemptions, one thing became obvious.

The real factor isn’t repayment. It’s timing.

When many users redeem together, everyone waits through the same settlement process. Someone who redeems later during a quieter period can sometimes receive their Bitcoin sooner.

That means redemption isn’t only about paying back what you borrowed. It’s also about knowing when to redeem.

I like this design because it quietly influences user behavior without adding extra fees.

It also leaves one question in my mind.

Is the system successful because users truly trust it, or because they have learned the best time to use it?$MMT
