Changfeng Pharmaceuticals (2652) said it has placed 21.7477 million shares at HK$13.82 each, a discount of about 11.97% to the previous close, according to Ming Pao.

The new shares will account for about 5.3% of the enlarged share capital, and the company expects net proceeds of about HK$294 million.
