I wrote about the Burn auction design earlier BTC Denominated fees auctioned for BABY the winners BABY burned so I am not rewalking the mechanics What pulled me Back to the fee routing section of the Trustless Bitcoin Vaults (TBV) whitepaper is something smaller right next to the mechanism it Describes in detail it cites a separate community forum proposal on programmatic BABY deflation. Cited as similar Not as the same thing.#baby

Thats easy to Skim past And I almost did.@BabylonLabs_io

A mechanism the whitepaper commits to section by section and a forum thread cited for inspiration are two different levels of Commitment And the same Section states plainly that fee structures staking rules and integration Rollout remain under active design subject to governance approval so even the detailed version is Not final Its the version the team is currently standing behind.$BABY

Not saying a similar citation is a red flag Whitepapers reference community discussion and prior proposals all the time.

Not saying the distinction is meaningless eithe If you read tokenomics sections to figure out whats actually committed versus whats floating in the community citation style is doing real work.

So does that forum proposal describe a different deflationary mechanism or the same auction concept written up earlier by someone outside the core team? The whitepaper doesnt say and I could not tell from the citation alone.
