Mastercard has upgraded its Mastercard In Control virtual card number platform with new features, including stronger virtual card controls and a single API to connect to its expanding network of embedded payments partners.

The company said the update is designed to help enterprises, financial institutions and platforms improve payment process management efficiency and flexibility, according to Ming Pao.
