According to Jin10, KB Real Estate's July nationwide housing price survey showed the average jeonse price for Seoul apartments stood at 704.58 million won as of the 13th, up 1.2% from the previous month and the highest level since related data began in June 2011.

The survey also showed Seoul's jeonse price outlook index for this month at 136.1, remaining above 130 since April. According to Jin10, the Bank of Korea's housing price outlook index for this month also rose to 127, its highest level since September 2021.
