Late at night, while looking at the moon and reading about Babylon Trustless Bitcoin Vaults (TBV), many of the doubts I'd had about Bitcoin and DeFi finally started to make sense.
I realised the challenge was never Bitcoin itself it was finding a way to connect it with DeFi without compromising what makes Bitcoin unique. I think many Bitcoin HODLERS want their $BTC to do more but not by giving up self custody or relying on trusted intermediaries. That's why TBV stood out to me. It creates a trust minimised bridge between native Bitcoin and decentralised finance while keeping ownership at the centre.
To me, that's the real vision the $BABY ecosystem is building expanding Bitcoin possibilities without compromising its core principles.
Do you think TBV is the missing bridge between Bitcoin and DeFi?
