if you are daily trader this is not good strategy. it is proven though, for a begginer or somebody that can't constantly check and analize the market, that you lose more like this

📈 I have a question for market experts 🤔: Over the last 4 days the market went up and I made a profit 💰, then the next 4 days it went down and I ended up with no profit and no loss 😐. One expert advised me not to sell, whether I’m up or down by $1,000–$2,000, and told me to hold for the long term ⏳ and basically forget about these coins 🚀. Is this really the right strategy?
