🔍 Bitcoin May Be Approaching the End of Its Bear Market Phase

According to CryptoQuant, the realized cost basis of short-term holders (STHs) has dropped sharply from approximately $112,500 to $69,000, remaining below the cost basis of long-term holders for several consecutive days.

This shift suggests that a growing number of investors have been accumulating Bitcoin at lower prices, gradually pulling the average acquisition cost of short-term holders lower as fresh capital enters the market.

While this metric alone does not confirm that Bitcoin has already formed its cycle bottom, it does indicate that the market may be transitioning into a phase where systematic accumulation becomes more attractive than attempting to perfectly time the absolute bottom.

Historically, periods like this have often rewarded investors who focused on consistent dollar-cost averaging (DCA) rather than waiting for the "perfect" entry. If the trend continues, the current environment could represent the early stages of a broader recovery rather than the peak of capitulation.
