I wasn’t planning to spend much time on @NewtonProtocol but I kept digging. At first, it looked like another AI project riding the hype. The more I read, the more it felt like they were actually trying to solve something real.

The big question is simple: how do you let AI act for you without handing it blind trust? Crypto still has a weak answer for that.

And honestly, DeFi is still clunky. Too many wallet switches. Too many signatures. Too much double-checking every tiny detail before you hit confirm. That is not the smooth future people keep talking about.

Newton is trying to make that process easier without making it opaque. That part matters. If they can keep things transparent and verifiable while making the user experience less painful, that is more useful than slapping “AI” on a landing page.

I also like that they built on Ethereum instead of trying to launch yet another chain. The users are already there. The liquidity is already there. No need to make people start over.

None of this means it will work. Plenty of solid crypto ideas never get real adoption. But this is at least a project built around a real problem, not just a fresh narrative.#newt $NEWT
