I am deeply exploring LP farming on BNB ecosystem @THENA , whether manual or automated strategies. I’m trying to figure out which strategy is better.
So far, I’ve found that the manual strategy works very well when the market is stable and you’re prepared to rebalance. Automated strategies are great if you don’t want to worry about rebalancing, but the APR is usually lower than manual strategies.
Recently, I’ve also been trying highly volatile LPs. Yes, they can work very well and even double a position value in one or two days, but always remember impermanent loss (IL). That’s why allocating only around 5% of your portfolio is a good approach.
