What a stupid question. I’m sorry if there is a real person behind this but it is a stupid question.
Firstly Ireland does not belong to the United Kingdom, secondly the island of Ireland is a sovereign country, The Republic of Ireland, belonging to the Irish people for over a century and Northern Ireland that is under the governance of the UK government. Thirdly, the UK does not want to sell Northern Ireland to the USA and I’m sure the Irish people definitely do not want to be part of the USA under any circumstances.
Fourthly, the people of Greenland do not want to be part of the USA and would not be open to purchase even if Denmark agreed, which they will not under any circumstances after Trumps repeated insults denigrating Europe and the European people.
So as I said moot point. The USA can take it’s money and eat it.
