According to PANews, Michael Saylor, the founder of Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), has expressed his views on national cryptocurrency investments. Saylor stated that only a nation-state has the capability to purchase 20% of all Bitcoin, and he believes that the United States should be the one to make such an acquisition.
