According to Foresight News, the team behind the zero-knowledge privacy protocol Elusiv has launched an incentive private test network called Arcium. Initially supporting Solana, Arcium will enable developers and applications in DeFi, DePIN, AI, and other fields to flexibly access confidential computing capabilities that are trustless, verifiable, and high-performance.
The Arcium network is composed of two main parts: the Arx network and the Multi-Party Execution Environment (MXE). The MXE combines Multi-Party Computation (MPC), homomorphic encryption, and zero-knowledge proofs to achieve secure computation on encrypted data. The Arx network is a decentralized node network, where each node is referred to as an 'Arx'. Anyone can contribute to the network by running a node.
