Q1-What to do in this Bearish Market?

Because seeing your portfolio getting close to zero is so much SCARY,So what should we do?
If you have Usdt buy the dip to minimise your loss.But the question is which Dip is the lowest Dip?
I will say to trace new "All time low" and buy at that point only!
Q2.We don't have usdt we have only altcoin so how we will able to recover our losses?
If you have money in your bank account then deposit in your binance account and trace any crypto where you're thinking you"ll get great return and invest your money there to minimise your losses.And if you also don't have any money in your bank account then Watch the portfolio or better to delete binance till market recover!
