Many have not closed their positions (including me) and are now observing losses (I started buying since the end of 2021 and I am still in profit). I believe that the current situation may be manipulation. My thoughts: the New Year is ahead 🎄, it makes sense that people will sell crypto and withdraw money for gifts, festive tables, etc. And for the whales, this is an opportunity to buy at a discount, and they are organizing this discount. To prevent us from relaxing too much and earning too much, the market has been pushed down. People who bought in euphoria, at highs, with their last money, people who have a difficult situation and have no money for the New Year 🎅 other than cryptocurrency will have to sell their cryptocurrency (and I am sure there are enough such people as well). And here comes the selling, someone succumbs to their fear and also sells. Later, when the growth resumes and we see new ATHs, those who sold will feel FOMO, which is a catalyst for new purchases.
