I have been asked "FUTURE Trading" question for a lot of times so, "Today's Tip" for absolute beginners 👍

First of all u have to understand the RISK of future trading, even the Binance has a protection upto %80 u may loose all ur money in minutes or even in seconds. I am not responsible for any loose or gain about ur money. It is the risk that u must take on ur own. I am writing this only for to show how to do it. Anyway,

what is ur wallet?

U have 2 types of wallet "Exchange" and "Web3". Depending of this post I will not cover Web3 Wallet but u can check what it is from here Web3 Wallet.

As u can see above there are 2 type of investment on Futures Trading, USD-M and Coin-M. Coin-M is the one which dependent on crypto coin based investments. But, here I will cover USD-M which is dependent on USD based currencies.

First of all, we need to add some currency to our "Exchange" - "Futures" - "USD-M" wallet to start trading. I assume u already have some currencies in any of ur wallet. If not first add some currencies to ur "Spot" or "Funding" wallet.

When u press "Transfer" button this page above will come up and first we will choose from which wallet to transfer to our USD-M wallet.

When u press that arrow u can choose from which wallet to transfer to our wallet.

From above, u have to choose from which wallet to transfer to ur USD-M wallet. In our case I choose my Spot Wallet.

After that u will choose which crypto currency will be transfered to ur USD-M wallet as u can see from the picture shown on "Transfer From Other Wallets 1".

Then u will choose how much currency will be transfered. In here this is the currency that u will risk.

After the currency u want to risk transfered to ur USD-M wallet press "Trade" button and "LET THE SHOW BEGINS" 😂

When u press the "Trade" button this screen comes up and u have be familiar with the buttons on this page.

I will explain them very briefly;

"OPEN" means u will open a trade sequence in "LONG" which covers rising sequence for "BUY", "SHORT which covers falling sequence for "SELL".

"CLOSE" means u will close the opened sequence in "LONG" which covers rising sequence for "SELL", "SHORT which covers falling sequence for "BUY".

No worries u will get familiar with those during ur experience 😂But first let's get familiar with those setup for trade.

First u have to choose which crypto currency dependence to risk. When u press the marked icon u will see a list of currencies, choose whatever currency u want to invest. In here I choose today's most common one "USUAL to USDT". That is not an advice or fallow path, u have to choose ur currency to invest. That is only for demo purpose.

Marked part setup is very important and consist of Margin Mode, Leverage Mode and Assest Mode.

From Margin Mode u will choose either Cross Margin or Isolated Margin mode. Before choosing which one suits u pls read the explanations under each of them. For demo purpose I choose Cross Margin mode which suits my expectations most. Choose for urself.

!!! This part is very important !!!

In Leverage Mode u will adjust leverage level from 1x to 75x. That means how much potential income or outcome it will produce. 1x means 1 time and 75x means 75 times more potential income or outcome will applied to ur assest. More than 10x income or outcome will drop the invest value and also the risk of liquidation. In simple words Liquidation means u will loose all ur money. So be carefull when u choose this level. There is no best level for any currency u have to choose depending on how much risk u want to take.

!!! If u are a real beginner in my opinion DO NOT CHOOSE high levels and try to understand the risk. !!!

And for the people who will tell it is not directly potential it is also exponential, yes I know but pls keep in mind that it is Future Trading 101. I am only explainig how to do it, and not covering every detail in math. THX 😂

In assest mode u will choose either single or multi assests mode. Which means u will use only a single currency to invest or all ur different currencies to be converted to dependent currency and invest.

As an example, u have USDT and USDC in ur Futures Wallet. And in ur example we are investing in USUALUSDT.

In single assest mode only u will spent ur USDT for open and close margins.

In multi assests mode ur USDT and USDC will be converted to USDT and u will invest total of them for open and close margins.

Of course those modes are dependent other margins. Pls read from the picture above and choose which one suits ur expectations.

So we are very close to the end, the last thing that u have to decide which type of investment u will do. I will not go deeply to this section but I will write down 2 of them very briefly to show u the path. The others u have to figure it out for urself.

When u press that button above, a new section will come up shown down below.

In this section u will choose from the list which type of investment model u will use. I will explain briefly "Limit" and "Market" below. As I said before the others u have to figure it out for urself.

"Limit" is the investment that, u will input ur expected value of the currency and the amonth depending on what u have in ur wallet and u will wait for full fill ur expected value the market become. Basically it opens an order to full fill.

As an example, USUALUSDT is cost 1.5 USDT now and u want to buy it at 1.4 USDT for 14$. And I am assuming u have 14$ in ur wallet. When u input limit 1.4 and from below 100% and press OPEN Long, u will wait till it will drop to 1.4 level and below and u will see ur transaction under the page. If it will never reach 1.4 and below the order will still remain till u close it. After that ur show begins till u close ur transaction or liquited.

"Market" is the investment that, u will buy the assest directly at the value of the market and remains till u close ur transaction or liquited.

So basically that's it how u invest in Futures Trading in Binance 😂

Of course there are more details and more to take care about but as I mentioned before this article is only to show to the beginners how it works.
