Binance is excited to announce that Simon's Cat (1000CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) will be added to Binance Simple Earn, "Buy Crypto", Binance Convert, Binance Margin, Binance Auto-Invest, and Binance Futures at the respective dates and timings listed below.

Earn

• Simon's Cat (1000CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) will be listed on Binance Simple Earn Flexible Products at 2024-12-17 09:00 (UTC) and 2024-12-17 14:00 (UTC) respectively and will be available for subscription.

• From 2024-12-18 10:00 (UTC), users may purchase 1000CAT and PENGU using any of the payment options supported on Binance Auto-Invest.

Buy & Sell Crypto

Users can buy 1000CAT and PENGU with VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or buy and sell 1000CAT and PENGU with their wallet balances on the “Buy Crypto” page, available within one hour of 1000CAT and PENGU being listed on Binance Spot. 

Convert

Users will be able to start trading 1000CAT and PENGU against BTC, USDT, and any other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of 1000CAT and PENGU being listed on Binance Spot. 

Margin

Binance Margin will add 1000CAT as a new borrowable asset on Cross and Isolated Margin, as well as the 1000CAT/USDT pairs on Cross and Isolated Margin at 2024-12-17 11:00 (UTC) .

Binance Margin will add PENGU as a new borrowable asset on Cross and Isolated Margin, as well as the PENGU/USDT pairs on Cross and Isolated Margin at 2024-12-17 16:30 (UTC).

Binance VIP 7 to VIP 9 users will be able to borrow the abovementioned asset(s) on Cross Margin approximately 30 minutes before it is open for Margin trading. 

Note: 

• Interest is charged on these loans even though margin trading for these tokens has not commenced. Please note that newly listed tokens tend to be volatile; users are encouraged to adopt stringent risk management strategies when trading such tokens.

• Please refer to Margin Data for a list of the most updated marginable assets and further information on specific limits, collateral ratio and rates.

Futures

Binance Futures will launch the USDⓈ-M PENGU Perpetual Contract at 2024-12-17 16:15 (UTC), with up to 75x leverage.

Please Note: 

• The maximum funding rate of the PENGUUSDT Perpetual Contract at the time of launch is +2.00% / -2.00%. 

• The funding fee settlement frequency is every four hours.

• Based on market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the specifications of the PENGUUSDT Perpetual Contract from time to time, which include the funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and/or maintenance margin requirements.

• Multi-Assets Mode allows users to trade the PENGUUSDT Perpetual Contract across multiple margin assets, subject to the applicable haircuts. For example, when the Multi-Assets Mode is activated, users can use BTC as margin when trading the PENGUUSDT Perpetual Contract. 

• The PENGUUSDT Perpetual Contract is subject to the Binance Terms of Use and the Binance Futures Service Agreement.
