又来新基建玩法了！证监会批了3单公募REITs，特别有意思的是首次有了燃煤发电REIT，传统基础设施也开始玩证券化了。虽然表面看跟加密没啥直接关系，但仔细想想这不就是现实世界的"代币化"吗？把不动产、发电站这些庞然大物切成小份卖给普通人，跟区块链的代币化本质上异曲同工。传统金融向这个方向迈步，说不定未来会加速大家对加密代币化概念的接受度。

Infrastructure finance is getting creative! China's securities regulator just approved three new REITs, including the first-ever coal-fired power plant REITs. While it doesn't seem crypto-related at first glance, this is basically "tokenization" in the traditional finance world - slicing up huge assets like power plants and selling pieces to regular investors. Sound familiar? It's the same concept as crypto tokenization. As traditional finance moves in this direction, we might see faster adoption of the tokenization concept in crypto too.
