🚨 $PIRATE DEVELOPER SHUTS DOWN — FOUNDATION KEEPS THE TOKEN ALIVE 💥

📦 Proof of Play is closing its doors after failing to turn blockchain gaming into a scalable, self-sustaining business. But the team is open-sourcing nearly everything — Pirate Nation's Unity app, smart contracts, founder NFTs, artwork, IP, and branding under a CC0 license.

🔍 The Pirate Nation Foundation remains independent and will keep supporting $PIRATE , with its website staying operational. That said, Proof of Play points now hold zero redemption value. Meanwhile, Shiba Story Go! has been acquired by a third party and will continue running separately. 🌊

💡 This is an ecosystem restructuring — the code and creative assets live on, but the original operator steps back. The real test is whether a foundation-led structure can sustain the token's narrative without the founding team's execution engine. 💬 Do you see this as a clean reset or a warning sign for $PIRATE 's long-term thesis? 👇
