I'm actually using Binance to buy #USDT with my european debit card and sell it to #KES Kenyan Shillings through #MPESA so I can avoid very high taxes and comissions of the local exchange services here in Kenya, for example HeptaPay or ATM withdrawal + Mpesa Agent deposit, thus also avoiding Uber charges all around the town for just doing so.
Binance may be hard to learn for a first-timer like I was, but once you get the hangs of it, it's pretty straightforward and you can't get cheaper than this method. Also you get to discover ways to trade in so many other commodities and currencies
