I’m still learning trading, and one thing became clear early:

charts are not hard — explanations usually are.
Here’s a simple way I’m learning to read price without relying on indicators.
Price moves in steps, not straight linesPrice doesn’t go straight up or straight down.It moves in steps, like climbing or descending stairs.If the steps keep getting higher, price is moving up.If the steps keep getting lower, price is moving down.
That’s the first thing to understand.

Strong moves tell an important story.
Sometimes price moves slowly.
Sometimes it moves fast and decisively.

Fast moves matter because they show strong participation:

buyers or sellers were very active.
Where a strong move starts often becomes important later.

Simple buy and sell areas
When price drops and then suddenly moves up strongly, it usually means buyers felt the price was cheap.
That area becomes a possible buy area (DEMAND ZONE).
When price rises and then suddenly drops strongly, it usually means sellers felt the price was expensive.
That area becomes a possible sell area (SUPPLY ZONE).
These are areas, not exact prices.

What happens when price returns
After price leaves a buy or sell area, it may return later.
The first return often gets a reaction.
Later returns may be weaker.
Sometimes the area fails completely.
This is normal.
It’s why patience matters more than speed.

What a break really means
A break doesn’t mean “enter now.”
It simply means price broke an important level it respected before.
That’s a signal to pay attention, not to chase.
After a break, price often moves fast and then comes back to test an area.

Why entering the middle is risky
The middle of a move feels exciting, but it’s where mistakes happen.
Risk is unclear in the middle.
Decisions are clearer near the top or the bottom.
If price doesn’t return, it’s okay.
There will always be another opportunity 😁

Low volume: Weak rallies tend to fail without volume expansion.

✅ 4️⃣ SEQUÊNCIA SAUDÁVEL DE MERCADO
É quando a floresta está em paz.
Os stops são técnicos (fazem sentido).Os ganhos se estendem (o preço corre).O mercado mostra coerência, mesmo que haja perdas no caminho.
🤒 5️⃣ SEQUÊNCIA DOENTE DE MERCADO
Sabe aquele dia que o eucalipto parece meio murcho?
Stops consecutivos mesmo com leitura certa.Rompimentos que não andam.O mercado não está pagável.

Muitos traders culpam a execução ou o setup, quando o problema é o estado do mercado. Ignorar a sequência transforma você em um simples provedor de liquidez para os grandões.
⚙️ 7️⃣ COMO AJUSTAR COM BASE NA SEQUÊNCIA
Sequência Saudável: Pode segurar mais a operação (hold) e manter a exposição. O clima está bom!Sequência Neutra: Diminua a frequência. Só desça do galho para o que for muito óbvio.Sequência Doente: Proteja seu capital. Priorize a observação. Às vezes, o melhor trade é não operar.
