According to Zeng, Sun allegedly used the identities, phones, and credentials of multiple employees to register numerous accounts on Binance. She claims these accounts were then used in a coordinated manner - buying and selling TRX to push prices higher, before aggressively dumping tokens onto retail investors near the peak of the market.
Zeng says she possesses evidence to support these claims, including WeChat chat logs and testimony from individuals she identifies as Sun’s former employees. She has stated that she is prepared to fully cooperate with an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and intends to formally submit all materials to regulators.
In her account, Zeng alleges that these trading practices on Binance were the primary source of Sun’s personal wealth, rather than organic growth or legitimate business success.
She also frames her decision to come forward as deeply personal. Zeng describes the end of their relationship as “brutal and cruel,” claiming that while she devoted her future to supporting Sun’s career, he publicly flaunted new relationships shortly after their breakup. She says this was a turning point that pushed her to speak out.
Beyond market manipulation, Zeng raises questions about Sun’s political connections. She publicly challenges the Trump family’s association with him and alleges that Sun invested in projects linked to Trump-related entities in exchange for protection. These claims have not been independently verified.
“I am not making empty accusations,” Zeng wrote. “What has been disclosed so far is only a very small portion of the evidence.”
She also acknowledged the personal risks involved in making such claims public but said she has chosen to report everything directly to U.S. regulators regardless of the consequences.
At this stage, the allegations remain unproven. No official findings have been announced by regulators, and Sun has not publicly responded to these specific claims. Still, the situation has drawn significant attention due to the severity of the accusations, the promise of documentary evidence, and the involvement of U.S. authorities.
