According to Foresight News, Arbitrum has launched a permissionless verification solution, known as 'Limited Liquidity Delay' (BOLD), on its testnet. This move is aimed at achieving the Stage 2 goal of Rollup security.

Previously, Vitalik had proposed a framework to help users understand the level of trust in centralized participants or transparent codes in Rollup. He divided Rollup into three stages: Stage 0, Stage 1, and Stage 2. The ultimate goal of Rollup security is to reach Stage 2, which requires complete independence from 'training wheels'.

Arbitrum's launch of the BOLD on its testnet is a significant step towards achieving this goal. The BOLD is a permissionless verification solution that aims to enhance the security and trustworthiness of the Rollup system.
