How $3B vanishes in minutes At the time of the drop, total crypto futures open interest sat somewhere between $48 billion and $51 billion across the market. Bitcoin futures alone accounted for around $24 billion of that, making it the single largest source of leveraged exposure in the ecosystem. When prices declined sharply, exchanges began automatically liquidating positions whose collateral no longer covered their losses. Those forced sales pushed prices lower still, which then triggered the next wave of margin calls.

I didn't cut more than $10k profit position while watching this crash I have big short position in big profits and I really want to exit my short positions I want to cut other positions too but then suddenly my hands shivering and I just watched market crashing but don't dare to exit order because I don't understand what price should I set In my mind I remember October 11 but one thing I know whenever crash like this happened market will fall again for retrace not new low but similar nearby price even if it is bull market I don't know why I didn't cut

the more I dig into TMX ahead of TGE the more it feels like the token's just catching up to something that's already working. start with who's actually behind it. term structure closed a $4.45M seed led by cumberland, drw's crypto arm, alongside hashkey capital, decima fund, longling capital and mz web3 fund. cumberland's been market making since before most of us were even trading, they don't put their name on something without actually stress testing it first, and having a desk like that lead the round says a lot before you even get to the product itself. then there's the usage, which is the part that actually convinced me. TermMax crossed 1M+ users and 837k+ registered wallets, hit 170k daily actives at peak, all running across 7 chains with tvl sitting around 62-64M. that's real people opening real fixed rate positions, not wallets that show up once for a snapshot and vanish. and the best part is none of that growth needed a live token to happen, people were using the protocol because the product itself was worth using. what I like most though is the pre-mine's been quietly running since day 1 of mainnet. anyone who's been lending, depositing into vaults, or running range orders as a curator has already been earning TMX this whole time through position rewards, referral rewards, and mindshare rewards, all stacking before TGE even lands. so this isn't a cold start airdrop, it's rewarding people who were actually building the usage numbers that got the token this far in the first place. feels like a token launch backed by a real product instead of the other way around. @termmax #termmax @termmax

finally got around to trying TermMax Alpha and it's a genuinely different way to play new token listings than what I'm used to. normally when Binance Alpha drops a new token I'm just watching charts for weeks waiting on perps to list, or buying spot and eating whatever volatility comes with it. TermMax Alpha skips that wait entirely, you pay a fixed premium upfront and get leveraged exposure right away, no margin calls, no liquidation price hanging over you. worst case you lose the premium, that's it, nothing gets force closed at 3am while you're asleep. if you think a token's overhyped you can go the other way too and buy a put instead, same fixed max loss either direction. and if you're already holding the token and don't want to trade it, dropping it into the dual investment vault earns you double digit yield off the premiums everyone else is paying to trade. what actually made me comfortable putting real size into this is checking what's backing it. every market runs isolated from the others so one bad market can't drag down the rest, there's an ongoing Immunefi bounty plus a Cantina audit competition, and Hypernative's running 24/7 on-chain monitoring watching for anything off. that's not a one time audit and forget it setup, it's continuous the whole time your position's live. leveraged trading without a liquidation clock running against me, backed by security that's actually still watching after launch. that combo is rare. #termmax @termmax

Saylor may have broken Bitcoin’s game. I’m watching a serious debate emerge around whether $BTC can still reach $250K or even $1M after Michael Saylor’s aggressive accumulation changed the market structure. Jason Calacanis argues that Saylor’s strategy may have created an artificial floor under Bitcoin. MSTR probably has 1.5 Million shareholders worldwide, of which an estimated 500K actually have used Bitcoin. Meanwhile Cash App has 24 Million active Bitcoin users. In terms of raw numbers, Block is the one closest to delivering a billion actual Bitcoin users. By a factor of 10. $MSTR has invented terms like "digital credit" though. But if institutional demand keeps accelerating, this entire bearish thesis could age very badly.

most lending protocols I've used set rates through a utilization curve, borrow demand goes up, rate creeps up along some formula, nobody's actually quoting you a number, it's just math reacting to pool balance. TermMax does this differently and it took me a minute to actually get why that matters. instead of one shared pool, lenders and borrowers post range orders, basically limit orders for rates and maturities. a lender says I'll lend at this rate for this term, a borrower says I'll pay this rate for that term, and the order book matches them directly. the rate you get isn't an estimate pulled from a formula, it's a number someone actually agreed to trade at. that's a real difference, one is price discovery through negotiation, the other is just a curve reacting after the fact. this is exactly why I think TermMax keeps coming up in conversations about institutional capital and treasury allocation. corporate treasuries and asset managers moving into digital assets don't want a rate that might drift mid position, they need something they can actually underwrite and report on. a real matched order at a fixed rate does that, a utilization curve doesn't. TermMax's curated vaults let that kind of capital get deployed across multiple term markets without anyone having to sit and negotiate every single order themselves. feels like the order book design isn't just a technical flex, it's the actual reason this protocol can credibly go after money that variable rate lending never really could. @termmax #TermMax

so the FT token, the one you get on the lending side, works basically like a zero-coupon bond. you buy it under face value now, hold it, and at maturity it redeems at full face value. no coupon payments along the way, the whole return is just the gap between what you paid and what you get back. it's such a simple idea but seeing it actually work on-chain, with a real maturity date and a real redemption, hit different than reading about it in a finance textbook years ago. what really got me was pulling up markets with different maturities side by side. a 30 day market is pricing a different rate than a 90 day one, and that gap isn't random, it's the market telling you something about where people expect rates to go. that's a yield curve, just built out of separate TermMax order books instead of one continuous chart. short end pricing lower usually means people expect stability near term, longer end pricing higher can mean people want extra compensation for locking up longer. I caught myself just scrolling through maturities like I was reading tea leaves lol. what I like is you don't need to trust anyone's promise on this. the rate is set the moment you enter, printed into the FT itself, nobody can quietly change it on you later. feels like the closest thing DeFi has gotten to an actual bond market instead of just slapping "fixed" on a variable product and hoping nobody checks. #termmax @termmax

$GPS {future}(GPSUSDT) long at 0.013 with targets at 0.015, 0.017, and higher. The stop loss should be placed strictly below the 99-period MA at 0.01207 to manage downside risk. The 0.013 level acts as a strong dynamic support zone where the price previously consolidated before the last breakout. A strong volume buildup on the recent rally confirms genuine buying interest rather than a weak pump. The 15-minute structure shows a healthy pullback and consolidation, which typically precedes the next leg up. A successful hold above 0.013 would validate the continuation toward the 0.015 and 0.017 resistance zones. Entering near the moving average support offers a highly favorable risk-to-reward ratio for this setup.

There's a detail about regulated platforms that doesn't get talked about enough. A real securities platform has to be able to say no, clearly, and explain why. Not a vague error, not a page that just stalls, an actual reason. Wrong jurisdiction, not a qualified investor, lock up period still active, whatever it is. If a platform can't refuse cleanly, people assume something is broken instead of understanding they simply don't qualify, and that confusion is where things get messy fast. This is the part that separates token issuance thinking from licensed market thinking. On a plaza, everyone can participate is the whole pitch. On a licensed venue, suitability is the pitch, and suitability sometimes means the answer is no. That's exactly the gap Dusk Trade is built to close as it operates toward being a regulated MTF and investment platform under EU rules, not a permissionless dashboard wearing compliance language. It also clarifies something people mix up constantly. Holding $DUSK yourself is open to basically anyone, it's a network native token. Accessing a regulated instrument through something like NPEX, an AFM licensed exchange bringing over 300 million EUR in assets onchain via Dusk, is a completely different bar. Those two anyone can are not the same sentence. The unglamorous part, the actual licensing sitting in an AFM drawer, matters more here than anything flashy in a demo. That's the part I'd actually watch. @Dusk_Foundation $DUSK #dusk
