$HEI opened the day at 0.1362 and printed 0.4906. That is +260% inside 24 hours, on 1,440,780 trades and $67.3M of volume — an enormous number for a name most of the timeline had never heard of yesterday.
Here is the part the screenshots leave out. As I write this it is 0.4289. That is 13% below the high, and the drawdown arrived while the post count was still going up. The 7D chart is +417%.
This is the shape of almost every trending move, and it is worth learning once.
WHAT ACTUALLY MOVED
$HEI — 0.1362 to 0.4906, now 0.4289. Still up big on the day, but 13% off the top.
$DODO — 0.01822 to 0.03274, now 0.03171. +69% on the day and holding within 3% of its high. The healthiest of the three so far.
$HFT — 0.015158 to 0.02430, now 0.02187. +33% on the day but 10% off the high, and 1,601,805 trades for only $18.4M of volume. That is roughly $11 per trade. That is a retail crowd taking turns, not size stepping in. For scale, BTC did $807M on 2.32M trades — about $348 a ticket.
THE MOST-SEARCHED TRAP
Binance's Most Searched (6H) right now reads USDT, ETH, VANRY, PSG, ONE, PORTO, IOST, SENT, ORDI. Search is a lagging indicator, and the tape proves it: VANRY sits on that list and is already 14% below its 24h high of 0.004215. IOST and ONE traded $0.1M and $0.2M in 24 hours — you cannot size into those without moving the price against yourself, and you cannot leave in a hurry either.
If a name is on the searched list, the people who made the move have already made it.
WHERE THE LIQUIDITY ACTUALLY IS
BTC: 64,858, +0.77%, $807M traded. The 4H EMA stack (20/50/200) is bull and price sits at 92% of its 1H range, pressed under 65,025 — the 24h high, and the level that has rejected it. A 4H close above 65,025 opens the range. Below it, the 4H point of control is 64,095, the 4H EMA50 is 63,961, and 63,489 is the shelf that has absorbed 20 touches.
ETH: 1,911, +2.04%, $463M traded. 1,930 is resistance with 7 touches, 1,857 is support with 15. The cleaner range of the two.
TODAY'S MACRO
ADP July private payrolls missed expectations and US ISM Services printed 54.1. Fear & Greed sits at 39 — Fear. That mix is why the majors are grinding rather than trending, and why almost all of today's risk is concentrated in the small caps.
THE HONEST READ
Momentum names can keep going, and
$DODO holding within 3% of its high is the only one of the three that has not shown distribution yet. But the arithmetic is unforgiving: a token that is +260% has to fall 72% to give all of it back. Position size is the whole trade here, not the entry.
